The activity planner enables you to plan your physical activity and record your progress until activity is established as part of your routine, to maximise the benefits of treatment.

You can create activity planners for up to six weeks, just select ‘create new activity planner’ once you have saved your current planner.

For the first few weeks, you should aim to do activities that you are comfortable with mixed with occasional activities that are more challenging. Whether it’s going for a walk or playing badminton, the type of activities you choose are completely up to you.
